The Collaboration Imperative
Opioid misuse, abuse and overdose continues to rise, creating a crisis for families and communities throughout the U.S. In Florida, the crisis has been identified as a public health emergency.
We know the crisis is complex and multifaceted. Addressing the epidemic requires close alignment and sustained collaboration among multiple stakeholders. It requires us to ensure that the best solutions are selected and that they are aligned to the true drivers of the epidemic.
GuideWell is convening influencers, experts and decision makers to fully understand the crisis in Florida and shine a light on effective solutions. Through empathetic discussion, data analysis, and thoughtful prioritization, we can improve lives and increase the effectiveness of our critical support systems.
At this event, we will gain a thorough understanding of the crisis in Florida, how Florida compares to the national crisis, and learn from collaborative efforts from around the nation. Together, we will have an opportunity to explore the areas of greatest need. Our goal is to inspire and galvanize us toward a strong collective impact. We invite you to join us.
Joining us at Opioids & Florida are thought leaders who will help lead meaningful conversations and share what’s working in similar landscapes around the country.
